GREENSBURG — The St. Helena Parish Sheriff's Office asked for help locating a missing person on Monday.

According to the sheriff's office, 71-year-old Wilma Fountain was last heard from on Sept. 1, with her last known location being along Wales Road in Greensburg. 

Fountain is about five feet four inches tall, weighing about 200 pounds. 

Deputies said she may be suffering from the early onset of Alzheimer's and dementia.
