2-year-old boy found wandering Tigerland early Monday morning taken into DCFS care
BATON ROUGE — A toddler seen wandering Tigerland early Monday morning was taken into the care of the state Department of Children and Family Services, Baton Rouge Police said.
BRPD was notified of the 2-year-old boy along Alvin Dark Avenue around 2 a.m. Later Monday morning, DCFS took custody of the boy.
Both BRPD and DCFS are searching for the boy's parents, but DCFS is the primary agency investigating the situation.
